Interoperability

Mission

It is the goal of N7CVR DMR to advance amateur radio communications from legacy analog to DMR digital to increase efficiency and effectiveness.  With C-Bridge, DMR systems can be linked together locally, regionally and nationally with patching across Talk Groups as necessary to stand up solutions for EMCOMM incidents.

Most entities and agencies use their own P25 linked trunking systems with LTE failover and feel pretty secure in providing their own emergency communications services.  However after an incident occurs commercial systems are vulnerable to going offline and amateur radio systems can provide vital communications to those organizations or the public as necessary.

Where appropriate N7CVR DMR desires to establish C-Bridge only InterOp Talk Groups for this purpose.
